We strive to offer the best service and treat all clients fairly. To help us achieve this, please take a moment to review our scheduling policy below. Booking an appointment indicates your understanding of these policies.

How to Prepare for Your Appointment

When booking a new client appointment, you will be asked to complete an intake form, and send us current photos of your hair. These should be photos that clearly show your hair down, its natural state from the back or the side profile and within the last couple of weeks.

To ensure that we can cover everything you need in your appointment, we have put together some preparation guidelines:


DO

  • Arrive with your hair in its natural curl pattern and ensure that it is clean, detangled, and dry. This means that your hair should not be straightened, you should have washed your hair within 5 days of your appointment and it should be fully dry at the time of your appointment. This allows you to start the process of hydrating your hair, if you haven’t been already so you can benefit from better results on the day.

  • If you are coming for a curly cut, wear your hair down and free of accessories. This allows us to get a better sense of your natural curl pattern and identify any tweaks that can be made to your styling techniques. If you wear a hijab, you are fine to tie your hair up loosely. If you are unable to style your hair down, twists or any loose tie is ideal.


DO NOT

  • Wear your hair in a bun.

  • Bring any guests to your appointment (unless you require assistance).

If you do not follow the preparation guidelines additional charges may apply.

Deposits

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all services.

Rescheduling

While deposits are non-refundable, you can still reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance of its start time and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking.

To reschedule your appointment, you need to provide the preferred date and time you wish to move your appointment to. This will need to be within 4 weeks of your original appointment date.

Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, your deposit will not be refunded.

Payment

All clients are required to enter card information at the time of booking to reserve their appointment with a deposit. The balance is due at the end of the appointment and can be settled with the card on file, another card, or cash.

Punctuality

If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the price of your service. This will not go toward a future service. Please contact us if you can not attend your scheduled appointment for any reason.

Guests

Due to the nature of our coaching services, guests are not permitted. This includes friends, partners, children, colleagues etc. This does not include assistance you may need. If this is the case please contact us so that we can be made aware of any additional accommodations you may need.

Refunds

There are no refunds on payments for services received in salon, additional charges incurred for failure to adhere to the Policies, or for any deposits made. We want you to be thrilled with your experience! If something wasn't quite right, let us know within 7 days, and we'll explore solutions to make things right for you.
